Beautera Professional Return & Discrepancy Policy
Our commitment to our customers is to provide quality products in a timely manner and in excellent condition. To help us resolve any issues quickly and accurately, customers are asked to review and follow the guidelines below.
Product Return / Discrepancy Policy
All products purchased from Beautera Professional must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date with proof of purchase.
To qualify for return, products must be:
- In original, unaltered packaging
- Unused and in re-sellable condition
- Free from damage, markings, or excessive wear
- Returned with all included accessories, attachments, manuals, cords, guards, and components
Returns for products purchased online must be processed through Customer Care or your BPC (Beautera Professional Consultant) within 30 days.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to store credit issuance.
Beautera Professional reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy and may limit or refuse returns from customers with excessive return activity.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. No cash or credit card refunds will be given.
Returns over $500 require management approval.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all approved returns and can be obtained through Customer Care or at www.beauterapro.com/rma.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective, where applicable:
- Personal use items
- Brushes and combs
- Makeup and cosmetic products
- Lash conditioning products
- Tweezers
- Shears
- Clearance items
- Discontinued items
- Special order items
- Education classes and special events
- Used appliances without a verified manufacturer defect
No exceptions.
Appliances
We highly recommend registering your appliance with the manufacturer to extend warranty coverage beyond the purchase date when available.
Appliances may only be returned or exchanged if determined to have a verified manufacturer defect affecting the functionality of the appliance under normal professional use.
Appliances that are functioning as intended are not eligible for return due to:
- Personal preference
- Dissatisfaction with performance
- Buyer’s remorse
- Improper use
- Wear from normal use
Beautera Professional reserves the right to inspect and test all appliances prior to approving a return or exchange.
Returns missing original packaging, attachments, guards, cords, or accessories may be denied.
Manufacturer warranty policies may apply after purchase.
Cosmetics / Lash Products
Due to quality and sanitation standards, cosmetic and lash conditioning products are not eligible for return unless verified defective.
Hair Extensions
Hair extension products are eligible for return for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date only if:
- The product is defective, or
- The product is unused and returned in original, unopened, undamaged packaging
All special order hair extension sales are final unless verified defective.
Education
Education classes and special events are final sale. In the event of a class cancellation, a full refund will be issued or enrollment will automatically transfer to the rescheduled class.
Online Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to shipping damage or a verified product defect.
Students
Students are welcome to shop at Beautera Professional anytime and must present a valid student ID during checkout.
